Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Riyadh.
The Sales Executive will cultivate and manage relationships with clients, identify business opportunities, and drive sales growth.
The role involves negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies.
Additionally, the Sales Executive will gather market insights to support strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and onboard new retail partners, wholesalers, and corporate clients across the Kingdom to expand the footprint of our international brand portfolio.
- Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring high levels of service and brand representation.
- Sales Execution: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and disciplined pipeline management.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Handle the end-to-end negotiation process, from initial pitch to closing commercial agreements and contract renewals.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct regular visits to malls and trade hubs to monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and consumer preferences in the Saudi market.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations and Marketing teams to ensure inventory levels and promotional activities align with sales goals.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market feedback presentations for senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Acumen: Strong track record in client relationship management and professional negotiation.
- Market Research: Ability to identify emerging business opportunities and translate market data into actionable sales strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey brand value to diverse stakeholders.
- Teamwork: Demonstrated experience aligning sales activities with broader marketing and organizational goals.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the lifestyle, fashion, or retail industry is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
