Job purpose
- To develop the foodservice business with new and existing customers across the region to achieve set sales targets.
- New customers
- Seek new customers with the assigned area to develop the customer base.
- Close deals and contracts with new customers
- Building business with customers and distribution
- Use the company’s products to offer customers solutions to their needs
- Maximize the number of products purchased by customers to maximize sales results
- Develop and conduct ideas, plans and activities that will contribute to sales growth
- Managing customer relationships
- Build and maintain a strong relationship and partnership with customers especially with decision makers
- Provide customers with superior customer service levels to gain their loyalty and sustain long term business relationships.
- Collaborate with Logistics and Customer Service to ensure high service levels
- Develop and maintain strong product know-how to be able to advise and convince customers through technical knowledge
- Receivables and collection
- Ensure that all receivables and collections are within the agreed payment / credit terms to sustain the company’s cash flow levels.
- Job requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or similar field is a must
- 0 – 1 years’ experience in sales
- Passionate about selling
- Good communication skills
- Good relationship building skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Result oriented
