Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive to bring in joinery and fit-out projects. This is a performance-driven role, your earnings are directly tied to what you close.
If you know the market, have the right connections, and can turn conversations into signed deals, you’ll thrive here.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in joinery, interior fit-out, and custom furniture
- Build relationships with contractors, interior designers, consultants, and developers
- Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Meet clients, understand requirements, and coordinate internally for quotations and proposals
- Follow up consistently and close deals
- Stay active in the market site visits, networking, and meetings
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in sales within joinery, fit-out, or related construction industry
- Strong network in the UAE market is a big advantage
- Good understanding of joinery products, materials, and project flow
- Confident communicator with solid negotiation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working on commission structure
Compensation
- Commission-based structure (details to be discussed during the interview)
- High earning potential based on performance
- Base salary can be discussed
