Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced **Finishing Carpenter** to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have experience in **joinery and interior fit-out**, be able to read shop drawings, and install wooden works with good quality and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities
- Read and understand shop drawings.
- Cut, assemble, and install joinery items.
- Install:
- Kitchen cabinets
- Wardrobes
- Reception desks
- TV units
- Vanity units
- Office furniture
- Shelves and display units
- Wooden doors and frames
- Wooden wall panels
- Wooden partitions
- Skirting and trims
- Custom furniture
- Install laminate, veneer, melamine, and other finishing materials.
- Install hinges, drawer runners, handles, locks, and other hardware.
- Check measurements before installation.
- Make sure all work is level, straight, clean, and finished properly.
- Repair or adjust any damaged or unfinished work.
- Work together with supervisors and other site workers.
- Keep the work area clean and safe.
- Follow company and site safety rules.
Requirements
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in joinery or interior fit-out.
- Experience installing custom furniture and joinery works.
- Ability to read shop drawings.
- Good knowledge of woodworking tools and machines.
- Good knowledge of MDF, plywood, solid wood, laminate, and veneer.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail.
- Able to finish work on time.
Preferred
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Experience in villas, offices, shops, restaurants, or hotel projects.
- Knowledge of Blum, Häfele, Hettich, or similar hardware is an advantage.

- Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,700.00 per month
