Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing furniture business.
The ideal candidate should have experience in furniture, retail, or interior sales and be capable of handling walk-in customers, online inquiries, and B2B clients professionally.
The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling abilities, and a passion for sales and interior solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers, online inquiries, and B2B clients professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture and customized solutions.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales effectively.
- Coordinate with design, production, and delivery teams for smooth order processing.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Update customers regarding order status and delivery timelines.
- Maintain showroom presentation and product displays.
- Stay updated on products, pricing, promotions, and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate sales records and daily reporting.
