- Operate and monitor ladles during molten steel transfer and casting operations, ensuring safe handling and process continuity.
- Coordinate with the Crane Operator, Pulpit Operator, and Shift Supervisor for timely ladle movement, changeover, and casting activities.
- Inspect ladles, slide gates, nozzles, and refractory conditions before and during operation to ensure safe performance.
- Monitor molten steel flow and assist in maintaining stable casting conditions to achieve production and quality targets.
- Follow all safety procedures, maintain housekeeping standards, and report any abnormalities, leakages, or refractory issues immediately.
