- Carry out ladle refractory preparation, patching, gunning, and maintenance activities to ensure ladles are available for production.
- Inspect ladle lining, nozzles, slide gates, and refractory components, reporting any wear or damage requiring repair.
- Assist in ladle relining, drying, preheating, and refractory installation activities as per standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with the Steel Melting Shop (SMS) and CCM teams to ensure the timely availability of ladles for casting operations.
- Follow all safety procedures, maintain good housekeeping practices, and ensure compliance with quality and operational standards.
