We are a fast-growing distributor of high-quality frozen and chilled food products, supplying hotels, restaurants, catering companies, hypermarkets, and small food service businesses across the UAE.
Our portfolio includes frozen & chilled meats, chicken, seafood, and a wide range of frozen commodities.
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with local UAE market experience in frozen/chilled protein.
You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing accounts, and achieving sales targets.
Your local network and understanding of UAE food safety, logistics, and pricing dynamics are critical.
Key Responsibilities
· Business Development: Actively prospect and onboard new customers (HORECA, butcheries, cafeterias, supermarkets, and cloud kitchens) across the UAE.
· Account Management: Maintain and grow sales with existing clients, ensuring repeat orders for frozen meat, chicken, seafood, and other frozen items.
· Product Knowledge: Clearly differentiate between chilled vs. frozen, various cuts (bone-in, boneless), seafood grades, and country of origin advantages (Brazil, India, USA, etc.).
· Sales Cycle Management: Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, negotiate prices, and close sales within company margin guidelines.
· Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, promotional activities, and new imported products in the UAE market.
· Cold Chain Coordination: Work closely with logistics/warehouse teams to ensure proper cold chain handling and timely delivery.
· Reporting: Submit daily sales reports, visit plans, and pipeline updates.
· Customer Support: Handle quality-related feedback, returns, or shortages professionally.
(Must-Have)
· Local experience: Minimum 2–3 years of UAE sales experience in frozen & chilled meat, chicken, seafood, or frozen food trading.
· Valid UAE driving license and own car (car allowance may be discussed separately, or fuel/ maintenance covered).
· Proven track record of achieving monthly sales targets.
· Strong existing network of HORECA and retail buyers in the UAE.
· Knowledge of UAE import regulations, cold storage logistics, and basic Arabic or Malayalam/Urdu/Hindi is a plus but not mandatory.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.

· Fixed salary: AED 3,000 per month (on-time payment).
· Incentive structure: Uncapped commission based on gross profit or sales volume (e.g., 1–3% of invoice value or tiered targets – can be detailed at offer stage).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
· Monthly sales volume & gross profit targets (to be set upon joining).
· Number of active customers added per month.
