• algahwaalarabiya is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Executive for outdoor sales having experience in speciality coffee to join our dynamic sales team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for actively engaging with potential customers, promoting our products, and expanding our customer base through direct, face-to-face interactions.

• Key Responsibilities* Conduct outdoor sales activities by visiting potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Identify and approach new clients to expand the company’s market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
• Provide product information, demonstrations, and presentations to potential clients.
• Collect and report market feedback and competitor information to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in outdoor sales on speciality coffee industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Good knowledge of the local market and customer base.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Physical stamina to spend long hours in the field.
