algahwaalarabiya is seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.

The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve company targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

This role entails identifying new business opportunities, fostering long-term client partnerships, and working closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
