algahwaalarabiya is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operation Executive specializing in handling coffee machine spare parts and inventory management.

In this critical role, you will oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of coffee machine spare parts to ensure smooth operations and timely availability of inventory.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with suppliers, and managing stock levels to minimize downtime and support operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory control, excellent organizational skills, and knowledge of coffee machine components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of coffee machine spare parts and related inventory.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure spare parts timely and at optimal costs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Collaborate with service and operations teams to fulfill parts requests efficiently.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to optimize stock management.
  • Prepare reports on inventory status, usage, and procurement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in inventory management, preferably with spare parts handling.
  • Knowledge of coffee machine components and spare parts is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
