algahwaalarabiya is seeking a dedicated Quality Control and Trainer professional to ensure product quality standards are consistently met while also providing effective training to staff members.
In this dual role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes, conducting inspections, and implementing improvements to maintain high-quality standards.
Additionally, you will design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently and align with company standards.
The ideal candidate will combine strong attention to detail with excellent communication and pedagogical skills to foster continuous improvement and operational excellence within algahwaalarabiya.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and tests to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
- Identify quality issues and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation and reports.
- Design, plan, and deliver training sessions for new hires and existing staff on quality standards, processes, and best practices.
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback to continuously enhance learning programs.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and management teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to quality control and training methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in quality control and/or training roles.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards, procedures, and methodologies minimum 3 years experience in the industry
- Excellent training and communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate trainees.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to drive quality improvements.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and training schedules effectively.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices related to quality assurance and staff development.
