Overview

  • We’re hiring a high-energy Sales Executive to grow our Foodservice / HORECA business in Jeddah for a global FMCG principal.
  • If you know the market, can open doors, and can turn relationships into repeat orders, this one’s for you.
  • What you’ll do
  • Own and grow a portfolio of Foodservice / HORECA accounts (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering, QSR)
  • Drive volume, distribution, visibility, and execution across your territory
  • Build strong relationships with chefs, buyers, procurement, and outlet managers
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, listing, negotiation, promotions, order capture, and follow-up
  • Work closely with van sales / route-to-market teams (where applicable) to ensure availability and on-shelf execution
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends and feed insights back to the team
  • Deliver against monthly targets, call plans, and KPIs with clean reporting and discipline
  • What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience in FMCG distribution within Food Services / HORECA in Saudi (Jeddah experience is a big plus)
  • Strong “hunter + farmer” mindset: can win new accounts and grow existing ones
  • Comfortable working with salesmen / van sales teams and route coverage where needed
  • Solid commercial skills: negotiation, promotions, pricing, and account management
  • Confident communicator in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
  • Self-starter with pace, resilience, and a proper ownership mentality
  • Keywords (so you know this is your lane) Consumer, FMCG distribution, principal, Foodservice, HORECA, van sales, salesmen, route-to-market, wholesale, key accounts, Jeddah.

Skills

  • Proven FMCG distribution sales experience in Jeddah (KSA)
  • Strong Foodservice / HORECA channel background (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering, QSR)
  • New business development (hunter) + account growth (farmer) capability
  • Confident negotiation skills (pricing, listings, promotions, trade terms)
  • Hands-on experience working with van sales / route-to-market teams and field salesmen
  • Strong territory management (call plan, coverage, pipeline discipline)
  • Commercial awareness: competitor tracking, market mapping, consumer insight
  • Excellent relationship-building with chefs, buyers, procurement, and outlet managers
  • Target-driven with KPI reporting discipline (weekly/monthly performance)
  • Strong communication in English (Arabic is a major advantage)
  • Self-starter: resilient, fast-paced, ownership mindset
