About This Role
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities (residential and commercial sectors).
- Follow up on leads and inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and site visits.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable pest control solutions.
- Prepare and send quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage customer retention.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall growth.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution of services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and local regulations.
Requirements:
- Preferred having minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the pest control or facility management industry in the UAE.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English essential, Arabic/Hindi is a plus).
- Good understanding of various pest control services (General Pest, Rodents etc).
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Well organized with follow-up skills and client focus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
License/Certification:
- Valid UAE driving license (Preferred)
