Overview
- Identify potential customers for ERP and other enterprise software solutions, generate leads and develop business & new client base through effective sales strategies.
- Initiate meeting with prospects for opportunities
- Lead & Opportunity management
- Product presentation and demo in coordination with pre-sales team
- Build and develop strong relationships with key decision makers of prospective clients.
- Keep Management informed of the status by submitting sales activity, pipeline projects and results reports periodically.
- Ensure sales targets are achieved. Monitor competition and market position and evaluate customer needs.
- Prepare presentations, Proposals, financial projections, and competitive analysis for the business.
- Develops sales best practices securing repeatable and expansive opportunities across territory assigned
- Actively pursue growth opportunities, by securing new customers, and maintaining and developing existing accounts.
- Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner
- Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits.
- Ensure accurate compilation and reporting of operational and financial information about the customers
- Deliver agreed revenue & sales targets and share objectives on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Follow up with clients for the outstanding payments and bills, by closely working with Finance Team.
- Prepare sales plans and reports.
