Sales Executive - E-commerce
About This Role
Drive sales growth across E‑Commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Talabat, and other B2B/B2C digital channels by managing listings, pricing, promotions, and visibility.
Acquire and grow customers through online leads, digital campaigns, platform promotions, and close coordination with the marketing team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Manage end‑to‑end online orders, ensuring timely processing, confirmation, and on‑time in‑full (OTIF) delivery in coordination with logistics and delivery teams.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after‑sales support to maintain high satisfaction ratings and platform performance metrics.
Ensure accurate pricing, invoicing, and promotional execution in line with approved contracts, platform requirements, and company policies, including strict compliance for FOCs.
Monitor and follow up on collections and outstanding payments in coordination with finance and bill collectors, ensuring adherence to company credit policies.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales, revenue, and collection reports, providing insights to improve profitability, customer retention, and brand presence.
