Job Summary
Capital Plus Auditing of Accounts is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and promote the firm’s professional services including Audit, Accounting, VAT, Corporate Tax, Liquidation, AML Compliance, Business Setup, and Consultancy Services.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with clients, and the ability to follow up professionally with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.
Key Responsibilitieslead Generation & Business Development
- Follow up with potential clients for audit, accounting, VAT, CT, liquidation, and consultancy services.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with management for client discussions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Client Communication
- Respond to client inquiries professionally via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate internally for proposals and quotations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide timely follow-ups.
- Explain firm services, pricing structures, and engagement process to clients.
Crm & Reporting
- Update all leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM system.
- Maintain proper records of quotations, proposals, and agreements shared with clients.
- Submit daily and weekly sales activity reports.
- Track conversion ratios and pending follow-ups.
Coordination With Internal Teams
- Coordinate with audit, accounts, VAT, and compliance departments for service execution.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Follow up internally regarding pending proposals, invoices, and client documents.
Market Research
- Identify market trends and competitor activities.
- Explore new business opportunities in UAE mainland and free zones.
- Assist management in developing sales strategies and marketing ideas.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience
- 2–5 years of sales or business development experience preferred.
- Experience in audit firms, accounting firms, consultancy, banking, insurance, or financial services will be an advantage.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in client handling and negotiations.
- Good English communication (Arabic & Russian is an advantage).
- Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
