Sales Executive

Salary: Salary + Attractive Incentives + Commission

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team.

This is a fully target-based role.

The company will provide qualified leads, and the candidate must convert those leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.

This position is ideal for individuals who are confident in sales and want to earn high incentives based on performance.

Contact and follow up with company-provided leads.

Convert leads into confirmed sales.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.

Update customer information and sales activities in the system.

Generate additional business through referrals and repeat customers.

Previous sales experience in the travel industry is preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Strong customer service and closing skills.

Self-motivated and result-oriented.

Knowledge of visa services, tour packages, and airline ticketing is an advantage.

This is a performance and target-driven position.

Monthly sales targets must be achieved.

Regular follow-up with assigned leads is mandatory.

Professional communication with customers at all times.

Attendance and punctuality are important.

Failure to follow up on leads or consistently miss targets may affect incentives and employment continuation.
