Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with company-provided leads.
• Convert leads into confirmed sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.
• Update customer information and sales activities in the system.
• Generate additional business through referrals and repeat customers.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience in the travel industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Strong customer service and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
• Knowledge of visa services, tour packages, and airline ticketing is an advantage.
