About This Role
**Company:** GetSet Tours & Travels
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Indoor Sales Executive to join our travel and tourism team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, passion for sales, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Promote and sell holiday packages, visa services, air tickets, and travel-related services
- Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings
- Prepare quotations and travel itineraries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth booking process
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in travel/tourism or sales
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Knowledge of UAE visit visas, holiday packages, and ticket booking is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp Business)
- English fluency required; Hindi/Malayalam/Arabic is a plus
