Job Description
We are hiring a dynamic and target-driven Indoor Sales Executive for our B2C travel business. The role involves handling direct customers and selling travel-related services including air tickets, visas, and holiday packages.
Business Scope
- Air Ticket Booking
- Visit Visa & Global Visa Services
- Visa Change (A2A / B2B handling)
- International Holiday Packages
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer enquiries (calls, walk-ins, leads)
- Sell travel services directly to customers (B2C)
- Achieve sales & profit targets
- Ensure each deal meets company profit margins
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
- Collect positive client reviews & feedback
- Maintain daily sales and performance reports
Requirements
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Experience in travel sales is preferred
- Target-oriented and confident personality
- Basic computer knowledge
Performance Expectations
- Achieve monthly sales + profit targets
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction & reviews
- Contribute to company growth through quality sales
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
