About This Role
Sales Executive – Fit-Out & Furniture Hardware (4–6 Years’ Experience)
GLOCHAR is a leading provider of electrified shop fitting solutions with over 15 years of industry experience, delivering high-quality, and innovative products for modern retail environments. Through our innovative brand GLOE, we offer cutting-edge electrified shop fitting systems that bring functionality, flexibility, and elegant design to retail spaces.
We are currently looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of our electrified shelving, display stands, and retail fitting solutions across the UAE market.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities with joineries, fit-out contractors, retailers, and interior companies
- Promote and sell GLOCHAR / GLOE product range including electrified shelving and display systems
- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to project closure
- Generate enquiries through market visits, cold calls, and references
- Prepare quotations, follow up, negotiate pricing, and secure orders
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with proper follow-ups and tracking
- Increase number of projects and overall revenue from each customer
- Maintain an updated customer list and project pipeline
- Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and presentations
- Identify upcoming projects and track market opportunities
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and logistics teams for smooth execution
- Ensure timely payment collection as per agreed terms
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets consistently
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of UAE experience in fit-out hardware / furniture hardware sales
- Strong network with joineries, fit-out contractors, retailers, and interior companies
- Proven experience in handling project-based sales and achieving targets
- Good understanding of furniture hardware, retail fittings, and display systems
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented approach
- UAE Driving License preferred
Salary & Benefits:
- AED 4,000–6,000 per month, plus commission
- Company visa and medical insurance provided
- Company vehicle provided for official uses
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
