We are hiring a
Sales Executive
- for a prestigious luxury retail environment in Dubai, focused on
- premium jewellery and high-value timepieces

- This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in
- luxury sales and VIP client handling
- , who can independently drive business and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- ✨ Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve targets within the high-end luxury segment
- Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of
VIP / VVIP / HNWI clients
- Deliver personalized and premium client experiences within the showroom
- Identify and acquire new high-value clientele through networking and referrals
- Reactivate inactive clients and strengthen long-term relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams for client events, presentations, and activations
- Act as a
- brand ambassador
- , representing the brand with excellence and professionalism
- Maintain strong awareness of market trends, competitors, and client preferences
- 💎 Key Requirements
- **7+ years of experience**
- in luxury retail (Jewellery, Watches, Fashion, Art, or Hospitality)
- Proven track record in
- high-value sales and strong closing ability
- Experience handling
VIP / VVIP / HNWI clientele
- Strong knowledge of
- diamonds, gold, and fine jewellery
- Background with
- international luxury brands (not local brands)
- such as:
- Cartier
- Tiffany & Co.
- Harry Winston
- Bvlgari
- Excellent communication skills (
- English + Arabic mandatory
- )
- Highly presentable with strong personality, confidence, and body language
- Ability to manage showroom operations independently
- No travel restrictions (role may involve international travel)
- UAE-based candidates preferred
