Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai.
The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting and promoting vacation rental services, preparing contracts, and managing relationships with property owners and corporate clients.
Additional responsibilities include market analysis, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation expertise, with experience in client acquisition and closing deals
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and collaboration across teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly
- Knowledge of property management, real estate, or the hospitality industry is a plus
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Technology skills, including CRM software experience and proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is advantageous
