Role Description
This full-time, on-site Property Consultant role is based in Dubai.
As a Property Consultant, you will handle client consultations, manage property portfolios, and provide seamless customer service.
Responsibilities
include identifying and closing sales opportunities, presenting properties, building relationships with potential clients, and advising property owners on market dynamics for maximum returns.
Qualifications
- Strong Consulting and Advisory skills to guide clients in property-related decision-making processes
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities to build trust and ensure client satisfaction
- Proven track record in Sales and experience in negotiation for successful deal closures
- Knowledge and experience in the Real Estate field, especially within the Dubai market, is highly valued
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
