Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Revenue Generator.
The responsibilities include implementing revenue generation strategies, analyzing financial data, and contributing to the financial performance of the properties.
The Revenue Generator will manage revenue cycles, provide data-driven insights to improve pricing and occupancy rates, liaise with internal teams, and ensure seamless financial operations to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Revenue Cycle Management and the ability to optimize processes for effective revenue generation
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data, identifying trends, and devising revenue strategies
- Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles to handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
- Experience or familiarity with hospitality or real estate industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
