Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Dubai.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting Boon Stay's services.
Daily responsibilities include managing client inquiries, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional support to property owners and guests.
The role also involves meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and collaborating with the marketing team on promotional efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills
- Experience in hospitality, property management, or real estate services
- Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the Dubai market is an advantage
