Sales Executive
About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with hands-on experience in selling premium drinkware products (e.g., TKK bottles or similar lifestyle hydration brands). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer behavior, retail distribution, and corporate sales channels, with the ability to drive revenue through both direct and partnership-based sales.
This role is highly execution-focused, requiring proactive outreach, relationship building, and consistent follow-through to achieve sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Drive sales of premium bottles (TKK or similar) across retail, corporate, and bulk channels
- Identify and approach new business opportunities, including:
- Corporate clients (for gifting & branding)
- Gyms, wellness centers, and sports facilities
- Retail outlets and lifestyle stores
- Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients
- Manage client inquiries, negotiations, and closing of deals
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
Market Expansion
- Explore new sales channels and partnerships
- Monitor competitor products and pricing strategies
- Provide insights to improve product positioning and sales strategy
Execution & Reporting
- Track daily sales activities and maintain a pipeline of prospects
- Prepare weekly reports on:
- Leads generated
- Conversions achieved
- Revenue performance
- Ensure timely follow-ups and deal closures
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in selling bottles, drinkware, or similar consumer products
- Strong B2B sales experience (corporate gifting, retail distribution preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset
- UAE market experience is highly preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus
Preferred Background
- Experience with brands similar to TKK, Hydro Flask, Thermos, Stanley, etc.
- Exposure to FMCG, lifestyle, or retail product sales
- Existing network in corporate or retail sectors
