Job Title: Marketing Executive (Field Sales)

Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive with strong experience in field sales and direct customer acquisition, specifically within consumer products such as reusable water bottles and lifestyle products (e.g., TKK or similar brands).
The role requires an individual who is confident in approaching potential customers, building relationships, and driving sales growth in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute field sales activities to generate new business opportunities
Promote and sell reusable bottles and related consumer products to retailers, distributors, and corporate clients
Develop and maintain a strong customer base
Achieve sales targets on a consistent basis
Identify new markets, clients, and distribution channels
Ensure proper product visibility and positioning in the market
Collect market intelligence and competitor insights
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
Requirements:
Proven experience in field sales / direct selling
Prior experience in consumer goods (reusable bottles, lifestyle products, FMCG, etc.)
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Ability to work independently and manage field activities
Familiarity with the UAE market is an advantage
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
