Job Description

ASTI Academy is seeking a motivated and results Sales Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for student recruitment, lead management, admissions conversion, and supporting enrollment growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle student inquiries and guide applicants through the admissions process.
  • Follow up on leads from calls, walk-ins, online inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
  • Achieve enrollment targets through effective student recruitment strategies.
  • Build relationships with schools, colleges, training centers, and corporate partners.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotions.
  • Maintain admissions records, reports, and follow-up activities in the system.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, or educational sales.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in lead conversion and working in a target-driven environment.
