We are seeking a motivated and qualified Lecturer to join our academic team.
The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for teaching and supporting student growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and practical sessions in line with the approved curriculum
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, examinations, and assessments
- Provide academic guidance and support to students
- Maintain accurate student attendance and academic records
- Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, and academic activities
- Foster a positive, engaging, and professional learning environment
Requirements
- Strong academic background in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- Prior teaching or relevant industry experience preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively manage classroom activities and student engagement
- Professional attitude with strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance
