We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lecturer to join our academic team.
The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching, learning, and student development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in accordance with the approved curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, assessments, and examination papers.
- Monitor and support students' academic progress and provide guidance when required.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and academic activities.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and professional learning environment.
- Participate in academic meetings, faculty development programs, training sessions, and institutional activities.
- Ensure compliance with academic policies, quality standards, and institutional procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant field (as applicable to the subject area).
- Prior teaching experience in an academic institution and/or relevant industry experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage classroom activities and engage students.
- Proficient in preparing academic documentation and using learning technologies.
- Professional attitude with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
