Business Development Officer (Investment Sales)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: AED 5,000 Fixed + Attractive Commission + Performance Incentives
About the Company
We are a Dubai-based investment and trading company operating a transparent, commodity-backed business model. Our investment products are backed by physical FMCG commodities such as rice, oil, and wheat containers. We are expanding our global fundraising team and looking for highly driven Business Development Officers to connect with investors worldwide.
Open PositionsPosition 1 – Male BDO
- Malayali (Kerala origin) preferred
- Fluent in Malayalam and English
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Professional appearance and confident personality
Position 2 – Female BDO
- Open to all nationalities
- Excellent English communication skills
- Highly presentable and professional
- Confident in handling high-value clients
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential investors globally (UAE, India, GCC, Europe, etc.)
- Conduct professional presentations and investment discussions via Zoom and in-person meetings
- Explain investment models, returns, and fundraising opportunities to clients
- Build and maintain long-term investor relationships
- Achieve monthly fundraising and sales targets
- Manage client documentation, agreements, and KYC processes
- Maintain CRM/database of leads and investor records
- Generate referrals and repeat investment opportunities
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Confident personality with a professional demeanor
- Ability to handle high-value clients and investment discussions
- Age preferred: 25–45 years
- Immediate joiners preferred
Added Advantages
- 2–5 years experience in Sales, Banking, Real Estate, Insurance, Wealth Management, or Business Development
- UAE market experience
- Existing investor/client network
- UAE Driving License
- Experience selling high-ticket products or financial products
- MBA or related qualification is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: AED 5,000/month
- Commission: 1.5% on investment amount raised
- Performance-based incentives and bonuses
