About This Role
. Uniform Sales Executive (Commission-Based)
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new business opportunities in schools, corporate companies, hotels, hospitals, construction firms and industrial sectors.
Promote school uniforms, corporate uniforms, safety wear and customized apparel solutions.
Develop relationships with school administrators, procurement teams and HR departments.
Generate leads through direct visits, calls, tenders and networking.
Achieve sales targets through commission-based performance.
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to order confirmation.
Coordinate sizing, quotations, production timelines and delivery schedules.
Support tender submissions and large contract negotiations.
Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain repeat business.
