Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented **Sales Executive** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, with the ability to generate new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the company’s revenue growth in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and business opportunities across the UAE market
- Promote company services including:
- Mainland company formation
- Free Zone setup
- Visa services
- Banking assistance
- Corporate advisory solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct client meetings through calls, virtual platforms, and direct meetings
- Perform cold calling, follow-ups, and relationship management activities
- Maintain accurate client records and sales updates in the CRM system
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, corporate services, business setup, or banking
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of UAE business setup procedures will be an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated, energetic, and performance-focused attitude
