We are a family owned automotive group expanding our portfolio with the launch of a new automotive brand in the UAE.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, early-stage sales role in a fast-moving environment, not a traditional corporate setup.
We’re looking for hands-on sales professionals with a strong sense of ownership and accountability who move fast, take initiative, and enjoy building something from the ground up.
If you’re comfortable owning the full customer journey end to end, generating and managing your own pipeline, following up consistently, closing deals, and delivering results in an early-stage environment, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the sales cycle from first enquiry to final delivery, including prospecting, test drives, negotiation, financing coordination, trade-ins, deal closure, and post-sale relationship management
- Act as a trusted advisor for customers discovering the brand for the first time
- Manage leads and pipeline with strong discipline in a CRM-driven sales environment
- Own revenue targets end to end, with full accountability for outcomes
- Partner hands-on with a small internal team and external service providers to get things done
- Maintain strong awareness of the UAE automotive market and competitor pricing, offers, and positioning, and use these insights to support sales conversations and close deals
- Support brand launches, showroom activity, and test-drive events
- Share customer feedback and market insights to help shape the brand locally
Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience in the UAE, automotive sales preferred
- Automotive experience strongly preferred; experience in real estate, luxury retail, financial services, or other relationship-driven sales roles also considered
- Thrives in fast-moving environments with high autonomy, ownership, and evolving processes
- Comfortable working showroom hours, including evenings and weekends
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license
