Full Job Description
Zenora International Real Estate is seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Executives with a minimum of 6 months experience in Dubai real estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through calling, arranging meetings with prospective clients, and closing property sales in Dubai’s dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cold calling and follow-ups to generate new leads
- Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and present suitable property options
- Promote and sell Dubai real estate properties (off-plan and secondary market)
- Conduct property viewings and client presentations
- Negotiate deals and successfully close sales transactions
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in Dubai real estate
- Strong calling skills and confidence in lead generation
- Proven ability to meet clients and close deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
- Multilingual candidates are a plus
