We’re Hiring: Sales Executive – Tea powder sale
Location: Dubai, UAE
Accolade General Trading L.L.C is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our tea powder sales division in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be energetic, trustworthy, target-driven, and capable of building strong customer relationships in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Increase the customer base on a monthly basis
- Conduct regular market visits to generate new business opportunities
- Build strong PR with customers and understand their requirements
- Collect and submit daily payments in a timely manner
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Maintaining stock and inventory levels efficiently
- Actively involved in production operations
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (FMCG experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently
- Energetic, trustworthy, and sales-oriented personality
- Good English communication skills
- Malayalam-speaking candidates preferred
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

- AED 2,700 per month (inclusive of food and accommodation allowance)
