About the role
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base across General Trade, Wholesale, and Modern Trade channels. The role focuses on maximizing product availability, strengthening retailer relationships, and achieving consistent sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers
- Follow journey plans, ensure full route coverage, and generate orders
- Maintain product visibility, merchandising, and shelf space
- Execute promotions and support new product launches
- Track competitor activities and share market insights
- Ensure timely collections and minimize receivables
- Submit daily sales and outlet visit reports
Requirements:
- 3–5 years FMCG (Food) sales experience
- Strong knowledge of General Trade, Wholesale & Modern Trade
- Good communication skills
- Valid driving license & own car (mandatory)
