- Generate and develop new business opportunities for **Perfect Blend Café** and **Perfect Roses**
- Promote café services, floral products, and event solutions to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual, corporate, and event clients
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Floral Workshops & Client Engagement
- Plan, organize, and conduct **floral arrangement workshops** for individuals, groups, and corporate clients
- Create engaging workshop themes and concepts (seasonal, events, corporate team-building)
- Deliver hands-on demonstrations and ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Use workshops as a tool to drive brand awareness and generate new leads
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct basic market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends
- Identify opportunities to expand café, floral, and event-related services
- Provide feedback to management on market insights and customer demands
Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery
- Support sales initiatives for the upcoming **events division**
- Manage workshop logistics including materials, setup, and scheduling
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions
- Track performance against targets and prepare basic sales reports
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a **Sales Executive** or similar role
- Background in **floral design / floral business (preferred)**
- Experience in **conducting floral workshops (mandatory)**
- Experience in **F&B, floral, or events industry (preferred)**
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven, customer-focused, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales objectives
- Knowledge of the **local UAE market** is an advantage
- Basic computer skills (**Excel, email, CRM tools**)
- Valid UAE driving license (**preferred**)
