About This Role

ey ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Generate and develop new business opportunities for **Perfect Blend Café** and **Perfect Roses**
  • Promote café services, floral products, and event solutions to potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individual, corporate, and event clients
  • Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

Floral Workshops & Client Engagement

  • Plan, organize, and conduct **floral arrangement workshops** for individuals, groups, and corporate clients
  • Create engaging workshop themes and concepts (seasonal, events, corporate team-building)
  • Deliver hands-on demonstrations and ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Use workshops as a tool to drive brand awareness and generate new leads

Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct basic market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends
  • Identify opportunities to expand café, floral, and event-related services
  • Provide feedback to management on market insights and customer demands

Coordination & Operations

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery
  • Support sales initiatives for the upcoming **events division**
  • Manage workshop logistics including materials, setup, and scheduling

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions
  • Track performance against targets and prepare basic sales reports

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a **Sales Executive** or similar role
  • Background in **floral design / floral business (preferred)**
  • Experience in **conducting floral workshops (mandatory)**
  • Experience in **F&B, floral, or events industry (preferred)**
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven, customer-focused, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales objectives
  • Knowledge of the **local UAE market** is an advantage
  • Basic computer skills (**Excel, email, CRM tools**)
  • Valid UAE driving license (**preferred**)
