Sales Executive
About This Role
A growing firm operating in the Management Consulting and Professional Services sector, delivering strategic advisory, client-facing solutions and business transformation across the United Arab Emirates. We support corporate and government clients with consultative services, project delivery and commercial expansion in local and regional markets. This on-site Sales Executive role is based in the UAE and focuses on driving revenue and client relationships within the region.
Primary title: Sales Executive
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across assigned UAE territories through proactive prospecting and consultative selling.
- Manage and qualify sales pipeline using CRM; convert leads into opportunities and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to secure repeat business and expand account footprint.
- Prepare proposals, commercial quotes and presentations tailored to client needs; negotiate commercial terms and secure signed agreements.
- Collaborate with consulting, delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth service handover and high client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events and trade activities to build brand presence and generate market intelligence.

Additional qualifications: Proven track record of consultative selling in professional services or management consulting environments is highly desirable. Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage. Valid UAE work authorization required.
