Sales Executive – Cybersecurity
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive to support revenue growth through lead generation, customer engagement, renewals, upselling, and order processing.
The role involves managing quotes, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting cybersecurity solutions by effectively communicating product benefits and competitive advantages.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calling, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Prepare and submit timely quotes for new sales, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Manage order processing efficiently and respond to ad hoc quote requests promptly.
- Engage existing customers to identify and promote upsell/add-on solutions.
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or business development, preferably in cybersecurity or IT solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
- Experience in renewals, upselling, lead generation, and CRM systems.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
