Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the construction industry to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction materials, services, or contracting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients
- Promote company products/services such as construction materials, equipment, or contracting solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical submissions
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, procurement, operations) for project execution
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing projects
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3–6 years of sales experience in the construction or building materials industry
- Strong network within contractors, developers, or consultants is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid driving license (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
