We’re now looking for a Superstar Sales Executive to join our team and help scale our business to the next level.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive based in Dubai, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and closing sales deals.
Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing sales strategies, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure alignment of goals.
The role operates on a commission-based structure, offering significant earning potential for top performers.
You’ll be the engine behind our client acquisition efforts.
You’ll report directly to the CEO and work alongside our creative and marketing teams to convert leads into long-term clients and grow with us towards a high-salary position with a bonus, exciting incentives, and become a key stakeholder that will shape and take the lead of our sales department
What You’ll Be Doing
Proactively source, qualify, and close new business opportunities with brands and companies seeking design, branding, and digital services.
Work closely with the Founder to align sales strategies with business goals.
Pitch and present our agency’s services with confidence, clarity, and value.
Follow up consistently with leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel.
Provide strategic input to marketing and business development initiatives.
Help refine our sales scripts, proposals, and outreach strategies.
Identify new markets and verticals for growth.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
Deliver weekly reports on performance, insights, and goals.
What We’re Looking For
English and Arabic speaker.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, ideally in creative services, digital, or B2B.
Proficiency in lead generation, client management, and sales pipeline tracking
Experience
developing and implementing sales strategies
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields is preferred
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets.
Driving license is a plus
