Overview

**Glamour Group International** is a UAE-based company headquartered in Abu Dhabi and operating as part of the Glamour Group.

With a comprehensive approach, Glamour Group International manages projects from **design and material supply through to installation and completion**, serving a wide range of sectors such as commercial, residential, and institutional developments.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Sales Executive** with a proven track record in the **UAE construction and building materials industry.** The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities and the ability to effectively coordinate with contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders to drive business growth.

Experience Required

  • Minimum **3-4 years of relevant sales experience** within the UAE Building Material & construction market

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Establish, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with **contractors, consultants, and developers**
  • Ensure smooth coordination and communication with project stakeholders to support project requirements and timelines
  • Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and manage key client accounts
  • Oversee tendering processes, prepare competitive proposals, and handle pricing and contract negotiations
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports

Requirements

  • **3-4 years of UAE experience** in construction or building materials sales
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent **communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills**
  • Proven **problem-solving ability** with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Strong coordination and relationship management skills with contractors and consultants
  • Sound knowledge of construction materials, project lifecycle, and industry practices
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred
  • Candidates available for **immediate joining** will be given preference
  • Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience

  • Building materials : 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification

  • UAE driving license (Preferred)
  • Willingness to travel:
  • 100% (Preferred)
