Sales Executive
About This Role
Glamour Group International is a UAE-based company headquartered in Abu Dhabi and operating as part of the Glamour Group. The company specializes in turnkey construction and interior solutions, including flooring systems, artificial turf, and fit-out services. With a comprehensive approach, Glamour Group International manages projects from design and material supply through to installation and completion, serving a wide range of sectors such as commercial, residential, and institutional developments.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience in the UAE construction or building materials sector
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and support business growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers
- Ensure effective coordination and communication with project stakeholders
- Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Assist in tendering processes, prepare quotations, and support pricing negotiations
- Handle key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, reporting insights to management
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of UAE experience in construction or building materials sales
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors and consultants
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and project processes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference
