Business Development Executive(building contracting & construction industry)

Overview

Experience Required

• Minimum **3+ years of proven sales experience** in the UAE building contracting/construction industry sector

Key Responsibilities

• Implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and support business growth
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with **contractors, consultants, and developers**
• Ensure effective coordination and communication with project stakeholders
• Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Assist in tendering processes, prepare quotations, and support pricing negotiations
• Handle key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, reporting insights to management

Requirements

• **Minimum 3+ years of UAE experience** in construction or building materials sales
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong **problem-solving skills** with a proactive approach
• Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors and consultants
• Basic knowledge of construction materials and project processes
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
• Candidates available for **immediate joining** will be given preference

Experience

• UAE building contracting/construction industry: 3 years (Preferred)

• Valid UAE Driving License (Preferred)
