About The Role

We are looking to hire a confident and target-driven Sales Executive to support business growth within the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, and personal care sector.

The role focuses on promoting beauty care products, developing new client relationships, and driving sales across Dubai market.

Role Overview

Sales Executive will be responsible for selling beauty care products to salons, spas, beauty centers, pharmacies, retail stores, and other relevant clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for beauty products, and the ability to generate leads, present products, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell beauty care, skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products to new and existing clients.
  • Identify and approach salons, spas, beauty centers, pharmacies, beauty retailers, concept stores, and distributors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct product presentations and explain product features, benefits, usage, and pricing.
  • Generate new leads through calls, visits, referrals, social media, and market research.
  • Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and support overall business growth.
  • Prepare quotations, sales updates, and basic client reports when required.
  • Coordinate with the internal team on stock availability, orders, deliveries, and customer requirements
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings, product demonstrations, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience in beauty care, cosmetics, skincare, salon products, spa products, personal care, FMCG, or retail sales.
  • Strong knowledge or interest in beauty and skincare products.
  • Existing network with salons, spas, pharmacies, beauty centers, or retailers is a strong advantage.
  • Confident, presentable, and professional in client-facing meetings.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Target-driven with the ability to close deals and grow accounts.
  • Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • market experience is preferred.
  • driving license is an advantage but not mandatory.

She should be confident in approaching clients, explaining products, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.

The role is suitable for someone who enjoys working in the beauty industry and is motivated by both salary and commission-based earnings.

Compensation

  • Monthly salary: AED 5,000 - AED 6,000.
  • Additional commission based on sales performance.
  • Final package to be discussed based on experience and profile.
