We are looking for a highly driven
Growth & Partnership Manager
responsible for expanding business partnerships and driving sales growth through active field engagement and client acquisition.
This is a performance-focused role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys building strong commercial relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business partners through proactive outreach and field sales activities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with salon and retail partners.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Support partner onboarding and ensure smooth execution of agreements.
- Drive revenue growth through consistent follow-ups and account management.
- Gather market insights and competitor feedback to support business strategy.
- Ensure strong brand presence and execution across partner locations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles.
- Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Background in FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, retail, or distribution preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a field-based, target-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently and handle rejection professionally.
