Immigration Consultant Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed consultations to understand client backgrounds, objectives, and eligibility requirements
• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable Citizenship by Investment (CBI), Residency by Investment (RBI), or alternative immigration programs
• Provide accurate and personalized guidance regarding immigration pathways, documentation requirements, and application procedures
• Manage the complete application process, including document review, preparation, submission, and follow-up with relevant authorities
• Stay informed about changes in immigration laws, regulations, and investment migration programs globally
• Deliver exceptional client service while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism
• Maintain accurate records, case documentation, and progress updates through internal systems and CRM platforms

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in immigration consultancy, investment migration, or a similar client advisory role
• Strong knowledge of Citizenship by Investment (CBI) and Residency by Investment (RBI) programs
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Experience handling confidential client information with discretion and professionalism
• Familiarity with immigration processing platforms and CRM systems
• Additional language skills are considered an advantage
